- The median list price of a single-family home in Dane County increased in Q1 of 2024 by 6.9% compared to Q1 of 2023
- The median sold price of a single-family homes in Dane County also increased in Q1 of 2024. By 6.5% to be exact, compared to Q1 of last year.
- Homes sales did drop by 11% in Q1 this year, however when this data was gathered there were still 5 days left to go in Q1 of 2024.
