Maintenance Request
To submit a non-emergency maintenance request, please log into your Resident Portal. Access the resident portal for your property here.
Under “My Apartment” on the left side menu, select “Maintenance Requests” and fill out the form accordingly. Make sure to hit “Submit” and this request will be immediately forwarded to our property management team. Your request will be taken care of within 24-48 business hours (under normal conditions.)
If you do not use the online resident portal, please email your Property Manager directly.
Emergency Maintenance Repairs
Please feel free to contact our emergency maintenance staff immediately in the event of any urgent issues. Examples of emergencies include water or gas leaks, fires, alarms, lack of heating or cooling (when temperatures are below 50 degrees and higher than 80 degrees), refrigerator malfunction, no hot water, garage door problems, toilet issues, exterior door lock problems, or security concerns. For emergency maintenance assistance, please call 608-444-7929. Please remember that a $150 fee will be charged for lockouts requiring on-call staff assistance.
