Please read before entering the pool. Management reserves the right to deny pool privileges to anyone for violation of these policies at any time. Management may close the pool on occasion without notice due to maintenance or safety purposes.
Hours for the pool are open from
9:00am – 9:00pm daily.
There is no lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk!
Your key fob is required for pool entry and exit.
The pool is for residents only – you may bring up to TWO guests per apartment, but only when they are accompanied by the resident.
Management is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
No glass allowed in the pool area.
All persons under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES.
Diapers are not allowed in the pool.
Pets are not allowed in pool area unless certified ESA.
No smoking per city ordinance in the pool area.
No diving.
Please refrain from loud or boisterous play. Running & rough play are not permitted.
No gum or tobacco products allowed in the pool area.
Proper swimwear is required (no cut off shorts or t-shirts).
People with skin abrasions, open blisters, cuts, sores, any skin disease are not permitted in the pool.
Shoes must be worn when entering clubhouse/going to the bathroom/exiting.
Do not leave toys behind in pool or pool area, they will get thrown out.
You MUST dry off before entering back into clubhouse, for any reason.
